What is UPSSSC PET?
It is a government job examination that is organized by the Uttar Pradesh authority. Mostly the exam is conducted in the month of September. The Full form of UPSSSC is Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission. And the full form of PET is the Preliminary Eligibility test. All candidates interested in group C vacancies can apply for this.
Eligibility criteria
Every exam has separate eligibility criteria. You must have fulfilled the criteria for applying. UPSSSC PET has also some predefined eligibility criteria that you have to follow. Eligibility criteria for UPSSSC PET are as follows:-
Age:- You must have completed at least 18 years of age. The maximum age allowed is 40 years. Apart from that, some relaxation for minorities and disabled people is also provided. You can check this in the notification or on the website of UPSSSC PET.
Educational Qualification
Educational qualification is elementary in this examination. You have to pass the minimum class 10th. Apart from this, another degree equivalent to class 10 or higher class 10 is also valid for this job.
Registration for UPSSSC PET 2022.

- Now just click on the candidate registration option. A new page will appear.
- On this page fill in the requested details, and at last upload, all asked documents.
- At last, click on submit after fee payment. In the next step, take the printout for further reference.
Examination fee for the exam (Application fee)
The application fee for General and obc candidates is ₹185. All other candidates in SC/ST category have to pay ₹95. For a Pwd candidate fee is ₹25.
Exam Pattern
A total of 100 questions is to be solved in 2 hours. ¼ marks are deducted if you answer wrongly, no marks are deducted for no answer.
The difficulty level of questions is up to the class 9 syllabus.
